These are the third-party providers that process Dr Moot user content on our behalf, and what each one does. We update this page in the same change as any move of infrastructure, and our Trust & Security page explains the protections that apply throughout.
Infrastructure
Vercel
GlobalApplication hosting and delivery, and the AI gateway that reaches model providers.
Amazon Web Services (S3)
London (eu-west-2)Encrypted storage of uploaded documents and generated media.
Neon
London (eu-west-2)Encrypted Postgres database holding conversations and deliberation records.
Stripe
GlobalSubscription billing. Card details are held by Stripe and never touch our systems.
Resend
United StatesTransactional email (sign-in links, notifications).
Model providers
The labs whose models hold seats in your deliberations, reached through the AI gateway. Each receives your question and documents solely to produce your answer, under commercial API terms that prohibit training on your content. The roster evolves - the model catalogue is the live list of exactly which models sit where.
